Mine got to 2% and stopped. I syncd several times. Changed the face to something else then back to Bitmoji, all I ever get is 2%.

Hello @TerryBJSR40, @SFREA113, @parad0xiate and @Sabriyah I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay int he response. I appreciate you have come back after having tried to troubleshoot this situation. At this moment, many members of the Community have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling the app on their phones has resolved this issue on their side. However, if you're willing to try this, please sync your Fitbit device first, to avoid losing any data.
Give this a try and let us know the outcome!

I cannot connect my clockface to Snapchat. I download the clockface Bitmoji and after that I go to settings on the clockface I hit connect. The link takes me to an error message EVERY TIME. This is so frustrating. Bitmoji and Snapchat are linked. I just can’t link the clockface to Snapchat. Like I said, the link just gives me an error message. Please help

Having same issue with gibberish letters. Spoke to Fitbit on phone, told to contact snapchat. I uninstalled, factory reset. No luck.
Any resolution?

Android related?

I had the same problem with white screen.
After activating two-factor-authentication on my Snapchat-account I was able to log in from FitBit.

Hi,
i have exactly the same problem. Bought the Versa lite watch for my son and tried to get the bitmoji clock face on his watch but it never works.
I had bitmoji linked to snapchat but every time I tried to connect Fitbit to Snapchat, it brings me back to the “log in to Snapchat” page again. Very frustrated.
please help If anyone knows how to fix this

I'm also having a problem connecting to the bitmoji face.
It was working perfectly for a long time, but then I made some changes to my bitmoji and the picture didn't update on the watch, so foolishly I tried to change the clock face to a different one and back.
Now I just have the whirling wheel on my watch.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit, checked for updates on all 3 apps and my phone, reset my watch, and even reset and made a new flippin' bitmoji avatar.
Still stuck on the "preparing to teleport" part of the process. I don't even get a percentage up!
😞

Same here just a blank screen when you click connect to snapchat on the fit bit versa
Worked fine until I changed to a different clock and tried to go back to the bitmoji.

I can’t connect mine either. It gets to 86% and stops (if I’m lucky - sometimes it only gets to 25% or none at all!) Any help?

I've tried re install the snapchat and fitbit app. After that I can see the connect to Snapchat option, but the clock face setting just shows disconnected, waiting for connection without any further progress.
My watch is syncing well, I've tried reboot the watch. No use.
