Unable to connect Fitbit and MFP

Hiya everyone. 

Im trying to connect my new fitbit (same account as before) to mfp when connecting its saying this account is connected to another mfp email. Help... i dont no my old log in details.. ive tried a million n one different combos. How do i unlink this fitbit account from whatever its connected to? Please help im going swimming again tomorrow and would like this sorted if poss xxx

@Emmap87 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to confirm you've revoked access to your MFP account from Fitbit by doing the following: 

 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon 
     
     > Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Also, please go to MyFitnessPal and unlink it from there too, check the instructions in this post

The same thing is happening to me. I’ve revoked access a whole bunch of times.
