Unable to link to Feelfit scale

My Feelfit scale app now is supposed to link with Fitbit.  Not sure why but I have a different username (email address) for the two apps. That shouldn’t be an issue as you should just log in to the other app to be able to import the data. My Fitbit is provided by a medical study and the username is one I can’t change. It might cause a problem if I use that username for purposes other than the study. 

Assuming the username makes no difference, are others with Feelfit having the same issue?  Better yet, are there any users of Feelfit that are successfully linked?

Different user names on the accounts won't matter. 

You will want to, through your FeelFit account, link up to fitbit. If this fails, you should contact Feelfit
