I am still having the same problem! I have a new account on MFP and I revoked MFP so I could link my new account and I get the same response can't link two accounts.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. To resolve this issue, could you please check if you still have access to your old MFP account? If so, please remember to revoke the access from there before attempting to connect a new account to Fitbit.
