Unable to revoke access

I am having issues with Fitbit sending my exercise data to MFP (or it could be a MFP issue). Either way, I am trying to revoke access and relink them but when I do revoke it, then refresh the page in Fitbit settings, it is still there and connected.

 

I would also like to revoke access to Carrot Rewards since they no longer exist and the same thing happens.

I am having the same issue.  I was able to get MFP to sync steps yesterday, but not today.

 

I am revoke access to multiple apps and it is not saving.
