My Withings scale has been syncing fine until early afternoon eastern standard time Thursday, August 20th, 2020.
I've disconnected the link and tried resynchronization and if doesn't appear to pick up any new data/unsynchronized data.
Would anyone know if there's a current outage?

I've just cancelled my order of Fitbit Sense in Amazon, tired of this... An order that, by the way, was made on September 8 (pre-order) and whose delivery has been delayed twice already (it was supposed to arrive last Tuesday, then Today, now sometime next week).
Waiting for Withings Scanwatch to be FDA approved. After researching a lot, if you just care about the data and don't check the screen too much, you can't beat it. And no sync problems because it's Withings too (with synchronization with Apple Health too).
Bye Fitbit!

They do, in their Marketing of 3rd party integrations the Fitbit logo is there, that was the main reason I bought it less than months ago, and then I discovered the reality of the sync being broken and not fixed by Fitbit, who seems to have stop any human support 😞

Here the customer always comes as a supplicant. A service from Fitbit shows what they think of customers ....... zero service but high-priced products.
Without me ..... Sense sent back to Amazon.
Never again a Fitbit product !!

Their understanding of consumer psychology is weird. It takes me perhaps up to 10 seconds to transfer the numbers manually so it's a trivial effort in real-world terms (and there are work-arounds too). However, by taking away a feature/benefit for no explicable reason and stonewalling questions and complaints they have destroyed a great deal of brand loyalty and reputation. Find out where their marketing dudes went to school and don't send your kids there.

Inspecting the network traffic when clicking "download all data" tries to get the following url:
https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings?apiFormat=htmljson&withingsUserId=[redacted]&downloadAllData=...
which just gives a 500 Internal Server Error
guessing something broken fitbit side

Same problem since Aug 20.

Could someone with Fitbit tell us why this is listed as solved when you've only stated you are looking into the problem?

Just downloaded the latest version of the Andriod app and this issue was not fixed.
@LizzyFitbit this issue is not solved.

Classic bit of Customer Disservice! I can't see what they achieve by not fixing it - are they going to sell more Fitbit scales?

Yikes, this is my 3rd or 4th time with this issue. I have purchased 6 fit bits for me and my family over the last few years. THIS WILL BE THE LAST IF NOT FIXED IN NEXT UPDATE.

Yup.they only have robots in help desk. And people focusing on selling more hardware especial the sense and their own scale. Dropped support for Withings

Hi @LizzyFitbit - any progress on getting these very basic answers? It's a week now - the problem itself should have been fixed in a fraction of this time. But all I asked for are answers about fixing the problem at some point, not even a fix itself. Here they are again...
1. What change caused the Fitbit-Withings integration to break?
2. Why was this not tested and detected first?
3. Why was the change not backed out when discovered?
4. Why is this taking so long to fix - it is now 41 days? [updated 47 days]
5. Approximately, when will the problem be fixed?
6. Is Fitbit unambiguously committed to restoring the integration?

So in other words, they completely dropped the Withings integration and are not planning on fixing it.

Please fix this. I've used a withings scale for 8 years and owned multiple fitbit products for nearly as long.

I am having the same issue. Have tried everything everyone else in this thread has mentioned and agree with everything they are saying. Same error message after confirmation that it is linked. I can see FitBit as a "partner" in Withings. I've disconnected and reconnected. When I try to "download withings data" it stalls and keeps circling. There is also no " enable weight data sharing." I've tried uninstalling and reconnecting, did the link without downloading historical data, waited, stepped on scale, nothing synced in fitbit, went to withings wizard connect page in fitbit, and then says "Ooops, ......blah blah blah...." Not working and have wasted my time with inaccurate directions and something that apparently has been an issue for a while. I've been trying to get this thing working for over an hour and then happened upon this thread. Appears it has been open for over a month with no resolution....is this correct??? Has there been an update that I have missed that fixes this?
