V3 will not link to my scales

Updated to V3.0 on my iPhone 6s running OS 12.3.1

I have a set of Zoetouch scales that were linked to my Fitbit account before but have now stopped updating. 

Any idea?

Connected again.

Deleted the app and set up again as there was no way to check/update the link to FB.

the 3rd party app shows up as "Test" and not Zoetouch in FB but now works.

This would be a question to ask Zoetouch they are responsible for their connection to Fitbit. 

The scale will link up to your Fitbit account in the cloud. The Fitbit app on your phone is not in the equation.

The Zoetouch app is still V1.0 that has worked fine for a year, the issue started the day i updated my FB app to V3. Did they change the backend on the FB cloud to work with V3?

If they did then every connected app would have stopped working. The Fitbit app does not use Fitbit's API.. 

 

Have you revoked access and then setup the connection? If this does not work you will need to reach out to Zoetech.
