I cannot get my Versa 2 to sync with my strava account. I have reset the watch, removed both apps several times and reinstalled, doing the authorisation process. I have spent ages on the phone to Fitbit after a long Fitbit chat, to be told the issue is with Strava which doesn’t make sense as it did work when I bought it last November. I have wasted hours on this keep trying and have searched the forums and can’t find anything new to try. Help!

Let's look at Strava's guide.
Yes @Shilly64 it is possible that Strava is having temporary issues. Have you contacted Strava?

I recently bought the Charge 4 Fitbit and it too has syncing issues with Strava. I do not get the heart rate data to show in Strava after completing an activity in Strava. Regardless of where the problem lies it's unfortunate that the user experience with FitBit is affected and it would be great if a more comprehensive support could be provided. I am still waiting for a response from Strava to help me on this issue but would like to see a collaborated response from Fitbit too.

Same here. It's supposed to be easy but it really isn't. If I record in Strava and it auto records in fitbit, I get no heart rate data and if I try to manually upload I get told it's a duplicate. Yesterday, I went for a walk without starting recording on strava, hoping it would sync. It didn't, so I tried a manual upload and Strava said the file was empty. Sort it out Fitbit!
