Versa 2 not connecting with Fernwood app

Hi All. My versa 2 won't sync / connect to my Fernwood app anymore. I did the update and it is closing after submiting the log in screen info for fitbit and not connecting. Have deleted both apps and re installed and still nothing. Any help? 😞

Hi @Vero9113 - I’m moving your question to the Third Party Integration thread in case someone there uses Fernwood. In the meantime, since this app was not developed by Fitbit, I suggest you contact Fernwood to see if they can help. I found contact information for them here
