My Versa 3 which is only 4 months old will not sync to strava running app.. I have shut it down , done factory reset, closed both app for a hour, logged in and out, very annoying... please advise

Note that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
If your activities still don't sync, please revoke access between Fitbit and Strava and link them once again.
