Versa 3 not syncing with Strava

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had no success syncing since early Jan from Fitbit to Strava, each one saying its the other fault. Fitbit says my watch is syncing, and Strava issue, while Strava says it sits with Fitbit? I have reset and reloaded both apps multiple times. I feel that it may be to do with the Fitbit going to Google, but not sure. It is ridiculous manually uploading activity when it synced previously no issue. Any one else?

I am the exact same. Since christmas (roughly) my firbit isn't syncing with strava. Strava have blamed fitbit and I've had no answers from Fitbit yet.

did this ever get resolved? Fitbit stopped syncing to strava. I also find it silly to manually upload files since it was already working previously.

Revoking access and adding back in didn't do anything either. Fitbit also was having trouble connecting with my pixel watch 3 after logging out an logging back in.

Would think that the integration between the two would be seen less since they are made to work with each other.
