Versa 4 / Fitbit account and Strava - GPS activities not automatically uploading

Have connected my Fitbit and Strava accounts for the Versa 4, but GPS activities (running) not automatically uploading onto Strava. 

Have tried the support pages from both Fitbit and Strava including re-syncing, logging in and out of accounts, and using the website links.

Any help or suggestions welcome please.

Hello @charm11 the normal recommended fix is to revoke access to Strava. Then connect the two accounts, if this fails contact Strava. 

To revoke 

  • Open the Fitbit app
  • Go to account settings
  • 3rd Party Apps
  • Manage 3rd party apps
