Versa Lite not always syncing steps to Weight Watchers app

My verse lite is 3-4 years old and I’m wondering if it’s time for a new one.  My step count is very important to my Weight Watchers program and I need my steps to sync every day.  Some days it syncs some of them and some days none of them.  I’ve tried all the basic things to get it working but it has a mind of its own.  WW says talk to Fitbit and vice versa.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding to sync the steps with Weight Watchers and the troubleshooting steps that you already done.

Please, let me know if you have followed these steps in order to have those details in that app.
