My Versa Light syncs with my phone app but not the web. I need it to sync with my Humana Go365 account.

Is your Versa Lite syncing with your Fitbit app but not with your computer, meaning the Fitbit.com dashboard? Or with web you mean that the information is not being transferred to your Humana Go365 account?
