Hi @Hmartin8484, welcome to the Forums! Have you tried to do it directly from your Fitbit Dashboard? If you haven't, you just go to Settings, Applications and select "Revoke Access" to MyFitnessPal. All of this from a computer.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome!

Hi there, I can't access my old Myfitnesspal account and am wanting to connect to my new one but I am not able to unsync even when I go through settings ... when I try and add it to Myfitnesspal it says the device is still connected to another Myfitnesspal account that I have revoked access to ... HELP!

It's great to see you here @Donnamint! If you want to link your new MFP account to Fitbit but you can't because you already have an account linked, I recommend revoking access to the previous account: Settings > Applications > Revoke Access. After doing this you will be able to link your new account to it.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

I accidently revoked the myfitnesspal from the fitbit, is there a way to reconnect? Thank you

This is not working for me.
I revoke access, go back to the myfitnesspal to connect with my new account, attempt to connect and it still tells me that there is an account already connected.

You need to make sure you've click "Disconnect" the FitBit App from your MFP account as well as Revoke Authorization from your FitBit account. Once you have done both then you can re-link them.
If you've had a previous MFP account you have to go back into the old account and click "Disconnect", just revoking authrization from your FitBit account will no delink it from your old MFP account from your FitBit.
Hope that makes sense!

@heartsandroses @jrhodes @CharliT Welcome to the Community! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. There's an issue connecting Fitbit with MyFitnessPal, you may want to check this thread; MyFitnessPal is aware of it and working on a solution.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Disconnected on my fitbit dashboard but it's still trying to subtract calories on my fitness pal. When I go to apps on my fitness pal it's not shown as being connected but it's still syncing. I even unstalled the app and re-downloaded.

It's great to have you here @vanessavriens! I would like you to make sure that you follow this procedure to unlink both applications. Also, to make sure it's not connected on Fitbit check the Fitbit Dashboard:
- Go to your Fitbit account
- Click on settings > applications
- Here you shouldn't be seeing MyFitnessPal listed anymore
Hope this helps.

Hi! I did this and it did not work! I "revoked" twice, and it still syncs! It's driving me crazy, how can I permanently un-sync them?

It's great to have you here @Marthap401! Thanks for letting me know that you tried the unlinking procedure. You can make sure you unlink both applications by doing the procedure from MyFitnessPal.
Hope this helps.

I have revoked access but it won't let me disconnect. I click the disconnect button but it just keeps going back to the main page and it"s still connected. Any help?

Hi,
Thanks for the fast reply. I had to revoke access through my web Myfitnesspal. Then it worked. But after reconnecting the apps it still only shows my steps and not my calories. I read somewhere it could take a day for the calories to show up. So I'm hoping that's the solution..

Hey there @Instagkimmie and @CharliT! I'm glad to hear that your apps are connected again, thanks for the advise you've provided @CharliT.
MFP and Fitbit should sync instantaneously. There may be an occasional 3-5 minutes delay. If there's a difference between Fitbit and MFP, there will be a calorie adjustment and this should update each time your Fitbit syncs.
Hope this helps!
