Hello,
I bought a fitbit alta a few weeks ago, and have been trying to get it to report steps taken to the Vitality app like the Apple Health app does. I have tried / done the following in attempt to get this to work:
1) Made sure the fitbit is synced with the fitbit app properly.
2) Made sure vitality has permissions to access the fitbit data.
3) Made sure vitality thinks its linked to the fitbit.
4) Waited over 48 hours after resetting anything to see if it syncs.
5) Opened the fitbit app to make sure it syncs.
