Hello everyone. I just recently got the Fitbit Versa 2 tracker and I'm trying to connect the Walgreens app to it. Sounds pretty simple right? It's all connected through my fitbit app, but the walgreens side is crap and won't let me do anything or accept my device in any way. Does anyone else have this issue?

I was having the same sort of problem with my new Versa LITE.
It would look like it is loading and then it would say that it needed to sync with the app.
It is finally working now, I'm not entirely sure what I did that fixed it, but I'll list everything that I tried. Maybe it will help you.
~ Logged out and back into the Walgreens App on Fitbit (Today > Account > Your Device (in my case Versa Lite) >Apps > Tap the Gear on "Walgreens" Apps
~ Logged in, out and back into Walgreens App on my phone
~ Logged in, out, and back into Walgreens website
~ Uninstalled and Reinstalled Walgreens App in Fitbit and on my watch (This may have been what finally did it)
