My fitbit app suddenly stopped connecting to walgreens and when I tried to reconnect it I get the following message:
"The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them.
Developer information: invalid_request - Invalid redirect_uri parameter value"
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Thanks.

@silenteternity Welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out. Not sure what's going on here. Have you tried t unlink the connection from both sides and then linking again? If that isn't working, have you reached out to Walgreens as the message advises? I'm curious to hear if they have a suggestion.

I am trying to connect my Fitbit Charge 2 to the Walgreens Balance Rewards with no luck. I receive this message upon trying to connect, "The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Pease report this issue to them." Any ideas?

It seems like Fitbit is not an option on the Walgreens site anymore. Very strange.
