Water Consumption from Loseit Not syncing to Fitbit

Hey there!

I'm new to Fitbit, only had this thing for a day now, but I've noticed that I can't seem to get the water consumption data from my loseit app over to the fitbit. I have a premium loseit account, so it shouldn't be an issue, but because I don't know much about how fitbit works, I didn't know if this was something I would just have to do in the fitbit app instead. Does anyone have any tips on how to get this to work? Food goes over pretty well (albiet a bit slow) but the water, just doesn't happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

It may be that LoseIt doesn't share that info. They use Fitbit's open API to share data and it is up to them what they will share and what they will take in from Fitbit. You should ask over there.

Yeah I tried, but no answers. I'm okay with logging it on the fitbit app. Thanks so much for the response! I guess they just don't share that info.

Have used Noom, and the water was/is automatically calculated (water, tea..) and send to the fitbit account so it's possible if they want to.

Awesome you've contacted them @SunsetRunner , even when not getting a response, at least they are likely considering it. Smiley Wink
