Hello @Leaves welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. 🙂 The Fitbit app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with your Fitbit tracker. You can read more about this on the help article: How do Fitbit trackers sync their data?
