Websocket issue with local servers

I have application on Versa3 from

https://github.com/200Tigersbloxed/FitbitHRtoWS.

It working fine with public server, but not working with any local servers.

Log file on Android is:

"Loaded and evaluated file:///android_asset/bootstrap.js
Failed to open "WebSocket" -attempt to open a websocket to an unsecure address <Local Server Address>
....
WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state"

 

Local servers works fine with other (not Fitbit) applications.

I've tried different local servers on MacOS and Android - result is the same.

Could somebody help?
