Hello @Shazanne, good to see you as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your tracker is syncing correctly with your Fitbit Dashboard? It might be one reason it will explain why you are not seeing your data pulled from your Fitbit Dashboard to your WW account.
