Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help me. My WW (Weight Watchers) app stopped receiving information from FitBit (I have just read that WW is having problems on their end, but I didn't know it at the time). I decided to disconnect FitBit from WW and try to disconnect it everywhere, so I could start fresh and see if it would start sending my info to WW. Well, on my FitBit dashboard, I revoked the WW app's access. The problem is now that WW is no longer showing up in the dashboard as a third party app. I have reconnected through WW, but it isn't asking for my FitBit credentials, as it did before. How do I UNrevoke the WW app. I want to allow it as a third party app again. Anyone?

@Sarinake It's nice to have you here! Please unlink and relink both accounts to see if you get them syncing again. Also, make sure that you're doing this procedure to link them.
Keep me posted.

Hi, Thanks!
I've tried this about 100 times. But still not working.
If I open W.W they say Fitbit is connected but if I look at my settings -> applications.. I can't see weight watchters... and I'm not getting anything from fitbit in my W.W account.

@Sarinake Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've done. In this case, I would like you to contact Weight Watchers directly.
Hope this helps.

So, once we revoke access there is nothing on your end that can re-allow access? Weight Watchers doesn't ask for my credentials now but it's showing up on their end but it had stopped working. I revoked access, cleared all browser history but now when I disconnect on WW end and then try to reconnect it doesn't ask for FitBit credentials so it's not really linked.
I also keep checking the FitBit applications and it's no longer showing up there.

I am also having this issue....I accidentally revoked my access and now cannot get it back. Following the moderators steps did not work

I too am having this same exact problem. Completed the steps the moderator suggested several times to no avail. FitBit says call WW. WW says call FitBit. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I know this is an old thread, but I am currently having the same issues. Has any progress been made on it?

I contacted WW and while they were not helpful, I was able to finally figure it out. I had to disconnect and revoke access from both my phone and the computer !

I had the same problem, I had disconnected everything, deleted and reloaded apps, and still nothing. Found this info in another thread...IF YOU HAVE AN ARIA CONNECTED TO YOUR WW ACCOUNT, disconnect that as well. Then connect your fitbit on the WW website and it will ask permission to access the fitbit information. Now it shows up in my fitbit settings as an application that fitbit allows access to. Everything is syncing again. Dont forget to reconnect your ARIA as well! Good luck, I hope this works for you, it was a frustrating few hours for me!

I'm having this exact same problem. I've tried hundreds of times unlinking and relinking my weight watchers account with my fitbit account (both online and in the apps) using the procedures suggested here, and it's not working. Even though my weight watchers account says it's connecting me, when it goes to connect, it doesn't take me through the fitbit authorization procedure (it doesn't ask fitbitt to authorize or ask for my fitbit login info, etc.). Then weight watchers says it's connected but the weight watchers app doesn't show up in my fitbit account as an approved app. I'd appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks!
