I have a Beurer Wifi Balance that syncs data with HealthManager Pro which is syncing with Health Connect. Every time i do new measurements I can the data published to Health Connect correctly.
In the Fitbit app i can see it's also syncing with Health Connect but the weight information is not updated...
In Health Connect i can confirm that Fitbit is set to read/write weight and HealthManager Pro is set to Write weight.
However, the fitbit app is not updating correctly, forcing me to update manually....

Yes João,
For a basic, daily data point...weight...there is no reason at all for Fitbit not to read "weight" from Health Connect, other than to maintain an expensive walled garden for Fitbit to sell proprietary scales.
Fitbit, read weight from Health Connect and display it. Make us users have better access to improving our health and statistics.

Isn't data sharing the entire point of HealthConnect? And Fitbit, the Android flagship fitness app, is unable to read weight from HealthConnect? If this isn't a joke it should be an urgent feature request worked on with elevated priority.
