I am using the One Touch Verio Flex with the One Touch Reveal app and when I go to the glucose tab I go to the setting and try to connect the app it takes me to another screen and shows the Fitbit logo and then I just get a blank screen with a reCAPTCHA icon in the bottom right corner, I would like some help with this. I have been able to successfully connected Fitbit in the One Touch Reveal app.

I'm having the exact same problem with the same glucose meter.

I am having the same problem. I have a Google Pixel 8 Pro, and I had no problems connecting Fitbit from the OneTouch Reveal app, but when I try to connect the OneTouch Reveal app from the glucose tile in Fitbit, I get a blank screen with the Captcha logo in the lower right-hand corner. I have turned off my VPN, restarted my phone, and deleted the cache in the Fitbit app, but the issue persists.

Yep, same problem.
Clearly they broke something. I haven't migrated to a Google account yet so I'll go test that in a bit.
Probably broke an API format or disconnected some functionality. app was last updated 10/26/25 on Google Play store so it's not an app bug.

Update 11/2/25 - I migrated my FitBit account to my Google account. Didn't fix the issue, the same exact error occurs. JoeZajon said that's when the problem started for them but I suspect it's unrelated.
Since a Captcha logo appears in the lower left, this is a webpage being displayed internally within the app, via Chrome frame. The page's call to reCaptcha service works but something else in the javascript fails and so you just get a white screen.
I'm now positive this is API failure. It probably relates to changes Google is making as it forces people into their services. Don't know if that means they plan to end support for Onetouch Reveal but I never got it to sync glucose readings ever for me.

Same issue. Good thing I just purchased this glucose monitor specifically so I can sync with the Fitbit app on my Pixel 9 Pro XL. 😒

I have exactly the same issue, after years of no issues. I have tried all known fixes, nothing works. One Touch folks told me it is a Fitbit issue.

Same here, and it's been 2 months since your post with no support in sight. When I try to connect the Fitbit app to OneTouch (within the Fitbit app) the page where I'm supposed to select what to connect is blank except for a "Protected by ReCAPTCHA" logo in the bottom right corner. I've tried scrolling the page; there is a vertical scrollbar on the right that changes position slightly when I scroll, but the page is blank except for that logo. Connection is fine via OneTouch app but impossible via Fitbit, please fix this Google Fitbit, as this is the only reason I got this BG monitor!!!

Has anyone contacted One Touch? They are the party that manages this connection.

It's not on one touch's side. It's on Fitbit side. The OneTouch connects fine. When you try and connect it through the Fitbit portion of the app. It just throws up the white screen
