It's nice to have you here in the Forums @Chrisseabrook! Well, if you have already reconnected both accounts, this might be an issue with WW directly. Have you contacted them to make sure their website is working properly? Have you tried doing anything else to fix this situation?

I think I know what your problem is.
Weight Watchers updated its website to a new format. My iPad app updated to the same format as the website. But the app on my Android phone hasn't updated to the new format yet. I can track on the phone, but it doesn't talk to the website. My Fitbit data is uploading to the website but it's not showing up on the phone.
