A few days ago I noticed that the calories eaten stopped showing up in my Fitbit app. I used this to ensure I was eating less calories than I was expending. Was fantastic that the nutrition app that my dietitian uses writes out to HealthKit got Fitbit to use. But broken now!
😞At same time Fitbit calories burned stopped showing up in my nutrition app. I used this to make sure my calories left was automatically tracking my calories expended allowing my dietitian to ensure I am eating enough. Also broken, I assume, through the same missing HealthKit support.
So now I either reduce my feature set to only what the Fitbit app supports or I abandon Fitbit and find another energy tracking app that shares data with the rest of my health apps via HealthKit.
Is my understanding correct?
