Hello @tararamart, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! At the moment only Fitbit Blaze is able to support Whatsapp notifications on iOS with advanced notifications. About when this option will be available in general for other trackers i don't have an specific date to share as this information is not available.

However I see this is a feature in which you're interested, so please take a look at this feature suggestion: Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp Notifications on Charge 2Feel free to contribute with your vote and comments. This is a great way to let our developers know what you'd like to see in the future!

Hope this helps and see you until the next day.

I would be another frustrated Fitbit Charge 2 user with no what's App support for iPhone user. I don't understand all the various posts on this getting same answer pointing to another post. If the Fitbit develops don't know by now that this is a massive request I'd be amazed. The only thing users want to know is when will it be available or if not then be honest and say it never will be on our devices

Extremely disappointing to find out that whatsapp notifications from IOS devices are not showed on the fitbit charge 2. In what time does Fitbit life? 2002 or 2017?

This fitbit device is not worth the money without this application. Almost impossible to believe.

I hope their will be a solution in the very near future.

Hi there @Obieone, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I appreciate you have share your comments and I understand you want to know when this option will be available.

The intention of sharing the previous post, was to keep you informed and along the way you support this idea. However in our latest update regarding this request was mentioned the following:

There aren't currently plans to release this Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp Notifications on Charge 2. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released here in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

This suggestions are dynamic and can change overtime, however this alternatives to received notification are already available in our new line of smartwatch that has ore technical capabilities to support other features.

I'm going to to close this thread as there are no recent updates and all your feedback has been properly compile and shared with our teams to considering in future updates and version of our Fitbit products.

Thanks again for your suggestions.
