Unfortunately at this time Windows Phone is not a supported sync device. You can head on over to the feature request at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/App-Features/Official-Windows-Phone-App/idi-p/1991 to add your vote for a windows phone sync app.

I am running FitTracker on my WP8. Apparently it's a 3rd party app but appears to work well. It's in the Windows Phone App Store and it is free.

With the release of WP8's Black update, Lumia users now have access to Bluetooth 4.0. FitTracker's developer, Shane Chism, says that he'd be perfectly willing to develop a sync platform, but FitBit need to open their Bluetooth and Sync APIs (http://www.wpcentral.com/fitbit-tracker-windows-phone-updated-ready-fitbit-force-band).
