Where is Noom?

I synced my Fitbit with my Noom app through the platform of the latter. Yet, it’s not updating with my exercise info. So, I went into Fitbit to add the Noom app and it’s not there. I’m confused because I thought the two were compatible. Please advise.

Noom doesn't sync exercise info. Only your steps and weight

I had the same issue and I have used Noom for months. Finally, I upgraded to Fitbit Premium and miraculously it worked!

Nice! good to know. sounds like Fitbit just blocks the permission to send exercises for free accounts then. i've been wanting my exercises to sync too, so i don't have to enter them in Noom. going to check out Fitbit premium then
