Will Surge allow thirdparty notifications on IOS as it did for Android?

I had android when i first bought my Fitbit Surge and it was great for me when they allowed the watch to receive whatsapp notifications, but now i changed it for an Iphone5S and saw that didn´t do it to IOS as well, so my question is, will that change too for IOS or that support will remain for Android users only?

Please support this posts if u think this too
