Will not connect with my fitnesspal

I’ve tried connecting my Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and it keeps coming up this message. I have revoked access several times and tried again, I have also had redownloded the apps. What is going on and why won’t it connect

Hello @hanna_hess it is telling you that yesterday you connected a MFP account to tout Fitbit account. 

What makes you say that the 2 accounts are  not connected?

Whew you loved into the correct MFP account while connecting the two accounts?

On myfitnesspal in the apps it says there are no apps connected. And steps etc is not showing up from my Fitbit on myfitnesspal.

I apologize for the delay in my response. @hanna_hess Thanks for sharing those screenshots and details on what is happening with your MyFitnessPal and Fitbit accounts.

 

In this case I'd recommend that we try disconnecting the two apps and then connecting them again. You can click here to find the specific steps on how to do it. This should help so that it shows correctly on both ends.
