Are there apps for Window 7.8 phones?  I see a fitbit tracker but it is just for the Windows 8.  Also, someone said that the app I saw doesn't sync it just shows previous data.  Bummer as I'd like to sync when on vacation.

There is not a windows phone application at this time. Feel free to head on over to https://community.fitbit.com/t5/App-Features/Official-Windows-Phone-App/idi-p/1991 to add your vote and voice to the product suggestion for one.
