Withings Weight Sync Issues to Fitbit

The last couple of days there has been issues where the Fitbit App does not update with and Sync from Withings.

I have deleted the connections in both and redone them through https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings

It is really hit and miss you can reconnect it and then ask it to download all the history again and it might refresh your weight in the Fitbit App

What is up with Fitbit updating data and syncing? You can click on You in the app and go into the Health Connect section and see it clearly there it has synced with the Withings Scale so things work. 

So is something broken here with Fitbit syncing and updating properly? Seems to be alot of posts lately with many things no longer syncing properly or massive sync delays

I am having this problem too. It worked last week with no issues. This week it isn't updating.

Between this and the recurring alarm issue with the Fitbit Charge I am ready to give up on Fitbit completely. It's just not worth the messing about. I already swapped the Fitbit scales for Withing and have found them to be far more reliable.

I think I'll go back to a Casio dumb watch until I can swap to fully to Apple/iOS and get away from Google.

I'm having the same issue.  It really is hit and miss.

I ran into the same issue a few years back, spend quite som time with support showing them screenshots documenting exactly when it broke, and i was basicily told, despite screenshots of synced data, that weight data from withings was never posible to get into Fitbit.

I had no idea that it actually still worked for other people.

It worked yesterday here. Today nope.

Worst part is, in the Fitbit app under the You tab and under Health Connect data, i can see my weight data from two hours ago from Withings.

But under the Today tab, the last automated Reporting of Weight is from the 13th of January also from Withings.

Feels like Fitbit os trying to push the sales for their own scales.

Sync issues between Withings and Fitbit can be frustrating, especially when data doesn’t update properly. It might help to reconnect the apps or check sync permissions. I also saw similar discussions on michat, which were quite helpful.

The issue is not between Fitbit and Withings.

Withings is syncronizing correctly with Health Connect (and the data from Withings can even be seen in heal connect inside Fitbit)

So it's Fitbit that are no longer getting weight data from Googles Health Connect and displaying it in the Today tab (they only allow displaying data from their own hardware)

Kind of a crappy way to do business
