Hello, ever since I have had my Charge HR it won't sync with the MFP app.
I have tried revoking access on both FitBit and MFP apps and re-installing them but this doesn't help. MFP always has my step count as 0 😞
I never had this problem with my old Fitbit Charge.
Can someone please help.

Hi there @Donna85, good to see you again. Let me step in, I have an idea of what might be happening. In this case in order for your steps count in MFP, you need to link your tracker additionally to the integration you already have with MFP and your Fitbit account.
To do this you need to access to your MFP app. If you are on iOS press more / if you are on Android tap on the horizontal lines in the upper left corner > scroll down through the menu and select Steps > Here select Fitbit tracker.
If you are doing this from the web browser, go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps where you connect your accounts, select the tile "Steps" ans select Fitbit tracker.
This should resolved the issue you are experiencing. Keep me posted how it goes.
