Hi, I use my Fitbit to track workouts that are then reported to Virgin Pulse, which is part of my company's wellness program. However, I'm only receiving credit for activities like walking on my treadmill or walking/running outside. If I complete a circuit training activity (I do Peloton strength training), I'm not getting full credit through Virgin Pulse. Virgin Pulse says this is a Fitbit error, but I can't find anything on Fitbit to address this. Virgin Pulse says Fitbit is not recording the time correctly, but it looks correct to me. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so, what did you do to fix it? Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Crykielynn.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.
In this case, I would recommend revoking the access between Fitbit and Virgin Pulse and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.
In addition, you can find some troubleshooting steps here that might be of help.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
Have a nice day.
