Hi there @Tmac1, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! In this case you are not seeing you Fitbit exercise in your MyFitnessPal account since the integration doesn't work in that way.

To learn more about this integration, the following chart will provide you more details:

What syncs?
Fitbit > Steps > MFP
Fitbit > Calories > MFP
Fitbit > Aria measurements > MFP
MFP > Logged food > Fitbit
MFP > Activities > Fitbit

As you can see only activities logged in MFP will be shared with your Fitbit account otherwise only Fitbit steps and sleep data can be viewed in the "check-in" section of MFP.

See you around and hope this helps.

Hi guys,

Is this still the case? At the moment I get a calorie adjustment synced from Ftbit to MFP for steps but not for workouts.

What are people doing as a work-around to ensure they are eating enough?

I had thought of using the calorie information from the Fitbit workout summary to create an equiv entry manually in MFP. However I don't know if this will screw up the Fitbit data if it then receives the duplicate entry from MFP via sync.

Here's the scenario yesterday: -

* My Fitbit Blaze logged 8,500 steps which, via sync, provided a calorie adjustment of 537 in MFP

* However, I also did a 3 hour leg focused workout at the gym. This accounts for 2,500 of the total steps. As my heart rate was elevated I burnt an estimated 700 calories during this session

Even if I add a workout manually to MFP I'm not sure which number to use e.g. 700 calories for the workout OR 700 calories minus the calories for 2,500 steps.

It would be nice to know what others are doing.
