Can anyone help ive synced with my Ww app and fit bit app it says it’s synced but shows no steps

Thanks for the details shared on your post. If both apps are properly syncing you should be able to see the activity points. I suggest trying the following: 

 

  1. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  2. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
