Yunmai Not Syncing

Hello, I have a new yunmai scale. I enabled data writing to fitbit in the user settings, but it has not yet done so. It sends immediately to Google fit, but not to fitbit. Yunmai is showing up as having access in my settings, but still no data transfer. I even tried to revoke access and do it all again I also changed my fitbit email address to match the one I was using at yunmai. Then force quit both apps and resigned in. No luck. 

 

Any help out there?

Hello @mo_hutch its nice to see you again. If you already enable the integration within the Yunmai you need to go to "me" under Yunmai app, from here select "user settings. Slide fitbit to On. You will be connected to Fitbit, there you have to agree and finished.

 

Now if you step on the scale you can weight in the normal way.  Following steps: open Yunmai, step on scale, wait and if yunmai has finished the data will be automatically sent to Fitbit.

 

This was found from the FAQ on Yunmai page: Fitbit will sync latest data only if you fully exit the app (for iPhone, please double click start button and swipe with finger up) then reopen it.

 

If this is not working the only recommendation I can give is to revoke the access as you do before and re-link again Yunmai with Fitbit. If the issue persist since this integration was not built by us, I recommend to approach to Yunmai customer support.

Thanks for trying to help.  I did all those things without success.    I have been in touch with Yunmai support center.  Still waiting for a sync.

They may be sending me a new scale, though it seems to me to be an App issue.

Did anyone find a resolution to this. Unable to sync yunmai data on fitbit. Works fine on apple health. Please suggest

Hello @Furiousat7, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! If you are experiencing a similar issue I suggest to reach Yunmai Support for additional help. Note there are many other integration that are not officially supported by Fitbit. Nonetheless this doesn't meant it wont work, the difference is we do not control the data sent from the third party service.

 

My recommendation is to reconnect your scale one more time by going to your application setting using your online-Dashboard and revoking the access of Yunmai. Once you have done this step proceed to connect the integration again. There is a thread that might be of your interest here with steps to connect Yunmai to Fitbit, kindly shared by @Nyshyda or by @Vincent1990.
