I have a fitbit blaze for about a year. I have tried numerous times to sync it with myfitnesspal, however no luck. Before anyone says to do this, i've gone to options and revoked access on both a phone and computer. And when I log into myfitnesspal, when I try to connect, it's telling me that there is another fitbit account synced. I have no idea how that's possible when I have 1 fitbit account and 1 MFP account. The only reason I like MFP is that now it tracks macros and such better than the fitbit app or many other sites out there.

How did you revoked the access on a phone?
I recommend following these steps to revoke the access from MFP, make sure to follow those steps. Also, make sure you are using the same email for both Fitbit and MFP.
Then, re link both apps. That should certainly help you out!
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
