can;t log in manually after migration to google

I need a manual log in but forgot the password and had migrated to google earlier. the health monitoring app I use in Singapore doesn't support google log in and I tried to reset the password but no email received in my gmail after 2 days. Can someone tell me if there is a solution as the chat helpline doesn't seem to have an answer other than use google log in which obviously I cannot use!

You may need to contact your health app. Or maybe this page on fitbit may help. As you are aware, Kupi are unable to switch back to an email login
