charge hr not syncing with mfp

My charge hr data is not carrying over to myfitnesspal and vice versa.  This started happening about 36 hours ago.  This happened a few months ago so I have taken all the troubleshooting steps that fitbit emailed me back then but no luck.  Is anybody else having sync issues?

Hello @samukdal, its nice to see new faces around in the Fitbit Community. If you are experiencing syncing issues with MFP and Fitbit, I wonder if you have tried again the steps recommended? Also I would like to know which troubleshooting steps have you followed?

 

If the issue persists please take a look at the following post. The best to do in this scenarios is to revoke the access and re-link both accounts.

Thanks Roberto. I tried so many times yesterday to no avail. However, 5
minutes ago it did a sync on my steps for today only.

Do you know how/if i can get a sync for the past 3 days' steps?

Great. I'm not losing my mind. I have had the problem above since March 5. Tried 4 or 5 times the unlink relink process. 10 minutes ago MFP got today's steps. But nothing for the down week. 

 

Bit, Fitbit is not showing any cals consumed for today. 

 

So working one way. Not the other. 

 

Plus us it would be great to get the list week of syncing back. Thoughts??

Hi Brian
Our issues are identical.

To get the missing days steps into mfp i had to make up an exercise that
burned that days amount of calories. So fitbit shows yesterday i burned
2600 calories i took that into mfp and manually input as exercise walking
at 3 mph for 530 minutes. I don't know if thats accurate way to do it but
how else can we get that missing calorie output across??

This sync issue seems to happen every few months
