connecting other apps to fitbit

Hello,

 

I recently got my Alta HR, and everything seems to be working well.  However, I am having some trouble connecting my other health apps--namely My Fitness Pal (MFP) and Renpho, a weight tracker.  Both apps claim to be connected to Fitbit, but none of the information I have submitted through them is showing up.  I was hoping someone could help me out?  Thanks.

Hi there, did u ever find a way to fix this? Also trying to connect to trainerize, it says connecting but can only get heart rate and nothing else?
