Am I required to buy the premimun fitbit plan in orger to be able to sync to my third-party diet plan?

@cherry314 You do not need to purchase Fitbit Premium to use third-party apps. Check https://www.fitbit.com/apps for a large list of our App partners, and feel free to ask any questions here in this forum.

 

Fitbit Premium is a separate service which allows users to do a bit more with their account data - you can read more about it here, if you're interested.
