Not sure if in right place 

hoping someone could recommend a app that i could use with My fit bit ironic. to work with a rowing machine

Hi

 

As it's not possible to select rowing as exercise, possible to choose the exercise 'workout' on the ionic.

Feel free to add your suggestions to the Feature Suggestions page, where users can vote, if there be enough interest, it can be picked up by the developers of Fitbit to make the idea come true (when decided to do).
