data from fitbit to strava

if i dont click done at fitbit so data to strava do not save ..but data inside fitbit have..how i want to get data back from fitbit to strava?

@farez only GPS recorded exercises will be sent to Strava. 

If you didn't stop your exercise, stop your Fitbit exercise now, and the data should sync.

but data still have inside apps fitbit ,mybe i dont stop done so he cannot sync with apps strava

Do you have your Strava account linked to your Fitbit account? 

No, your Fitbit app on the phone does not store any 

Do you want to get data from Strava to put into your Fitbit account? I don't think it can be done. 

You can export the data from a gps recorded event and then import it into Strava.
