fit bit not syncing with weight watchers

Fitbit is recognized on the WW website but does not sync. I've disconnected/connected it repeatedly.

Weight Watchers uses the Fitbit open API to develop their own connection. You need to ask over there.

I just got through on the 800# and he basically told me he'd document it, that they have been having problems, and that try to hook up the fitbit to your computer and then open WW website to see if it would Sync. I haven't tried that yet. But for me when it quit syncing was 9-20-14, and Fitbit updated their app on 9-19-14! They seem to correspond...

I am having the same problem!!! It's a bummer because I was really excited about the idea that the two sites would work together.

My Fitbit was still connecting on September 25.  I have tried logging into Weight Watchers and Fitbit and neither seem to work. Very disappointed!!!

I too can't sync my Fit Bit to my WW track activity section. I have been on hold for 45 minutes with WW 800 number. Very frustrated, thinking of asking for a refund.

I disconnected my fitbit feom etools days ago. After seeing a msg that the app had been updated, I reconnected the fitbit on the etools app. As of tonight, it had begun to synch again. Success!!!!
