It does sync now with weight watchers! Log onto weightwatchers.com.
Then go to Account Settings, then Profile and preferences and then Activity Monitoring Devices and deactivate the activelink if you are using it and activate the fitbit.
I just stumbled across something cool - you can now sync other fitness devices with Weight Watchers if you have etools. You do not have to have Active Link to use this feature.
Under account settings, profile and preferences, last link - Activity-monitoring devices. Right now in addition to Active Link, you can choose fitbit or jawbone! I have fitbit...and it works....but it has not synced in the last 20 hrs. How do you get a continuous sync?

I can't get my fit bit zip to sync with the weight watchers app. It keeps showing no activity when I know I've done something

Best AnswerI'm having same issue...I've chosen fitbit as my device..but the sites don't seem to be talking to each other...
Until they get this figured out... I have decided to start using the WW activity monitor's ability to write in how many steps I took (according to my fitbit) into the WW activity tracker. It will then convert to points. May not be exact, but better than nothing.
Best AnswerMine also quit syncing with WW this past weekend. It is a bit frustrating because it was the only reason why I went out to buy a Fitbit Flex. It was really great and motivating when it worked.
Best AnswerI've had the same problem. I haven't been able to track activity for almost 2 weeks. I called WW and they can't figure out what's wrong. I'll try calling them again. If I get a satisfactory reply, I'll post it here.
Any news since the last update? Reviews are going back up on the WW app so I am hoping things are getting better before I think about rejoining.
