fitbit not syncing with Strava (Surge)

My GPS tracked activities are no longer syncing with Strava, both Fitbit and Strava apps updated and now no data is syncing. I have revoked access and reinstalled both apps, then reconnected the apps - still not working.

Please help

Hello @Shelly_E, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I've seen you already try the best recommendation for these scenarios.

 

Keep in mind that the following types of activities will not sync to Strava:

  • Activities that do not contain GPS
  • Previously completed activities
  • Duplicate activities

It would not hurt to try again to reconnect both account one more time:

 

  1. Go to your application settings and revoke the access again, wait for 15 minutes and proceed.
  2. Visit http://strava.fitbit.com/ and click Connect.
  3. You'll be prompted to log into your Strava account.
  4. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists please approach to Strava customer support for additional help.
