how do I change my device on fitsync?

How do I change my device on fitsync? It was linked to a charge 2 but now needs to be linked to my charge 3, I can't seem to find where to change it.  On a second note a message saying "open fitbit to sync data keeps popping up on my phone even after I have just opened it to sync data, my charge 2 used have all day sync in app, doesn't seem to be on Charge3?

Hello @Cbriggs  have you done the add device and connected your Charge 3 to your Fitbit account? This would be the first step to do.

Yes I have added the device and deleted any others, it shows up in phone app and on computer, just not the app called FitSync

When you typed Fitsync, I thought it was a typo. 

Im not sure what app you're referring to that "it" shows up on.

If the app fitsync i assume this one,  connects to Fitbit,  it would only connect to your Fitbit account,  not your tracker. 

 

If you are referring to this third party app,  then you will need to contact them for help.
